He never failed to make us smile and laugh every single day of his life. His sense of humour was so on point and his charm including things like breaking out a song for his girl friend to Michael Jacksons “Oh baby give me one more chance” to his teacher to get out of a detention for being late one day, infront of the whole class. It worked too.
From the minute he could walk Archies energy was felt. He started gymnastics at 3 and excelled quickly being spotted early on. He also had a passion for trampoling, kickboxing, boxing and then on to MMA which is what he wanted to be when he was older.
An MMA champion. Arch trained 5 days a week with his hobbies and when he wasn’t in training, he was training himself at home. He never stopped, he absolutely loved everything he did.
Archies relationship with his siblings was so close and special with each of them for different reasons I think it would be fair to say Archie was my side kick as he rarely was away from me and I will be forever blessed for that and the memories we had together. I was lucky to have captured his life on camera and video.
On the 7th of April 2022 in my own home 5 steps away from my room I found my child unresponsive. We have no idea why and are currently looking for answers, he was happy, he left my room giggling and had so many plans for his future. We know he watched 7 minutes of Tik Tok the day of his accident and strongly believe he has attempted something he has seen on there.
Archie was the heart of our home and now its an empty shell. His death went down as a prank gone wrong.
We now have dedicated our grief into raising awareness to parents about harmful content on social media.
