Standing together with other families from the US and Canada was extremely emotional, but yet felt truly honoured to be apart of this memorial. Sadly 50+ children were displayed on the beautiful rooftop of Madison Square Gardens.
We had the privilege to meet The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, they spend quality time talking to us, and you could tell they were moved and had genuine empathy.
The next day, we stood in solidarity as we attended a protest against Meta. Again an emotional moment, but yet anger to know children’s lives are still being lost to social media platforms. It just enforces that they have no remorse and its profit over lives!!! This is a global problem, so we ALL need to keep fighting for change!
